We had the privilege of getting to know and interview one of the coolest teenage singer-songwriter-musicians ever in Country Music, Ms. Ava Paige! This year’s event is going virtual, but it will still be filled with music from Nashville’s best songwriters along with appearances by some special Rally Kids. Together, we can fund the most promising childhood cancer research to find better treatments with fewer long-term side effects and, ultimately, a cure.
Every school day in America, two classrooms full of students (about 46 children) are diagnosed with cancer. However, pediatric cancer research remains severely underfunded on a national level. Less than 4% of the National Institutes of Health’s cancer research budget goes to support pediatric research. Organizations like Rally exist to fill that gap.
For every dollar Rally receives, 93 cents goes to support our mission, according to audited financials. Since 2005, Rally has given more than $20 million in funds to support childhood cancer research projects. Rally could not provide this critical funding without the support of generous donors like you!
