In Today’s Episode, I talk with Donna Marie of The Songs and Stories Collective. The Songs and Stories Collective is a collaboration of Donna Marie, Sarah Yeo, and Victoria and Geoff of Tennessee Twin. After gathering during lockdown virtually, in 2021 they wrote their first song virtually. ‘Stars and Stripes’ is their collaboration being released on May 20th, 2022 on Climbing Mountain Records.
‘Stars and Stripes’ is a song about shared experiences and a journey through the music industry. As the lyric says – “you can’t get the stars until you earn the stripes”!
